These Terms and Conditions govern your use of data2cloud cloud services and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
data2cloud provides cloud infrastructure, colocation, backup, security, and unified communications services from Tier 3+ datacenters in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Specific service levels are defined in individual service orders and SLAs.
Account Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, ensuring lawful use of services, and complying with applicable Omani laws and regulations including MTCIT requirements for government data hosting.
Service Level & Availability
data2cloud commits to service availability as defined in applicable SLAs. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Credits for SLA breaches are handled per the relevant service agreement.
Payment Terms
Services are billed according to the pricing agreed in your service order. Payment is due as specified in invoices. data2cloud reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
Data & Privacy
Customer data is hosted locally in Oman unless otherwise agreed. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Customers retain ownership of their data at all times.
Limitation of Liability
data2cloud's liability is limited to the extent permitted under Omani law and as set out in individual service agreements. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
